Limited edition blue vinyl 250 numbered copies
Our music has been compared to The Residents, Half-Japanese, The Fall, B-52’s, Bonzo Dog Band, Worst Case Scenario era dEUS, Velvet Underground, Faust, Pere Ubu, Les Tueurs de la lune de miel, Beefheart…Phlitman and Kang are Jay Phlitman and Kim Kang. Recently we changed our bandname to “Intige Taluure” which sounds even more difficult and uncommercial 🙂
Video to Mr Wilson’s Routine. The video was made by Michael Roskam, shortly before he got famous.
some quotes from the press:
About “Velvet Coma Hotel” LP:
“This album is an absurd cabinet full of sixties influences, with a great deal of humour.” (Theo Ploeg, OOR magazine)
“ A very special, divers and warm mix of styles (pop, rock, jazz, ska…you name it) and a lot of weirdness. But make no mistake: this is not the kind of drunk-type humor, but very clever and well-made music.” (Rif Raf)
It seems as if these guys have invented a new sound, because this kind of music —a mixture of electronics and experimental rock—is something we never heard before. 4,5 out of 5 stars” (Demofarm)
For those who like their music coming from Absurdistan—you love the Residents, Bonzo Dog Band and I Love Sarah—highly recommended. (Gonzo Circus)
“Divine Madness this is called” (Sasha van der Speeten)
