“Who Cares” the legendary debut album from 1976 Belgian cult band Tjens Couter (Arno Hintjens and Paul Couter) is finally back on vinyl available in every language. The cover photos were specially restored for this release by Arno’s regular photographer Danny Willems even added some never published shots!
“Who Cares” stands for raw blues and rock with charismatic vocals of a young but already very good shape being Arno penalty slide guitars of couter, without doubt, a remarkable record and a key album in the Belgian rock history.
Starman Records already released the album “Freckleface” from the sole plate of the eponymous band Hintjens and couter, dating from just before their Tjens Couter period.
This autumn Starman also brings the other work of Tjens Couter back out on vinyl.

The cover photographs are Exclusively for this release restored by Arno’s dedicated photographer Danny Willems who added a couple of previously unpublished shots as well.
“Who Cares” stands for raw blues and rock with the charismatic vocals of a young and driven Arno combined with the couters hot slide guitar. “Who Cares” is without doubt a remarkable record and a milestone in the Belgian rock history, only a few years before Arno kicked off TC Matic.
Starman Records already released “Freckleface”, the only album by the band of the same name with Hintjens and the couter In Their pre-Tjens Couter days.
Later this year will see as well the re-release on vinyl of the remainder or Tjens couters back catalog.
