Shipping costs

The full price & shipping costs are included in your order, we will not be responsible for any taxes or additional rates due to customs and import rates in your country.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the items. General rule is that it is better to order multiple items at one go, as then you’ll save a lot on shipping as only the first vinyl is quite expensive (but true postage costs from the UK). If you overpay on postage we’ll refund you the difference.
If you would like an exact quote for shipping before ordering multiple items then you can mail us with your wish-list, and we’ll get back to you with a quote.

General shipping costs are calculated on your selection of country, you can switch location in the basket and press update to see shipping costs.

For some locations we have several shipping options, eg. Economy for Rest Of World, where shipping takes longer (2 to 6 weeks, generally these arrive 2 to 3 weeks after shipping), but greatly diminishes shipping costs. We’ll also implement options for registered shipping on demand.

If you have 1 vinyl in your order automatically the shipping costs for vinyl will apply.
If you wish to order many items at once you can contact us for a shipping quote ahead of your order.

Delivery Date

Goods will be delivered without undue delay and in any case no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the sale.

Generally we ship within 3 business days and delivery (depending on the courier) averages:

UK – 7 days
EU – 14 days
Rest of the world- 21 days to 6 weeks

Cancellation & Returns

Customers will have 14 days to cancel an online contract for no reason, free of charge. The 14 days will start on receipt of goods (where goods, or goods and services, are purchased) and on the date of the contract (where services are purchased).

The customer will be responsible for returning the goods unopened to our address above.

If a contract is cancelled during the cooling-off period, provided that the goods are returned within 14 days of the customer giving notice of cancellation, the supplier must refund:
